About

Ginger was a 14 year old lab/pit mix that adopted a Los Angeles family in 1999 from the Santa Monica pound.  She grew up in Beverly Hills and enjoyed all the finer things that life has to offer.  She gave up all the comforts of home and friends to travel the country with her humans (who insisted she come along) in an Airstream trailer for 3 years.  This blog is about her many wonderful adventures along the way.  She glamped the States in style as well as Canada and Mexico.  Her humans miss her terribly but continue to explore this wide and wonderful world in her memory.

    Hi guys!
Love the site! Thanks for the mattress info. We’re still up Trail Creek but the Forest Service Gestapo came by and threatened us so we are moving to Stanely this week. Hope you all enjoyed it.
I seem to have misplaced your info so can you send it to me in a PM?
    Thanks, Tod and Lisa

    Hi,
I was surfing the net and saw an image you had posted (http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcT-Lweci4Py8qHTOyuydzstA_SQwyWIMSqLHCM–2pPzqZYpmsK13ki9w).
It’s a beautiful view! We will be vacationing at Bryn Mawr Ocean Resort in 2013. Can you tell me what site you were camping at?

    Thank you!

Hi Melissa! That pic is from Ormond Beach, we stayed at the Coral Sands Inn RV park. I think they have a map online, there are only a few spots right on the ocean. At Bryn Mawr we were in spot 237 and 238, and though they are on the front row, there are dunes that separate you so the view is not as good. The very next pic after the one you posted is Bryn Mawr and you can see the airstream with the dunes in front from the boardwalk. Hope that helps, have fun!

Love all the pictures and reading the stories of your adventures! Currently, we are in the process of selling most of our belongings and moving out of our house to go on the road full-time in early September. Will definitely be a regular around here! Happy travels! 🙂
